Yeah, it has been awhile....I just don't get around the forums much anymore, Hell, i doubt i know more than 3 or 4 people at most of them now...I try to check out SBR, and rx still from time to time, thats about it though really...Checked out your last forum a few times too, but, kept losing the URL...lol


Last i had heard from you, you were about to undergo some sort of medical procedure i think? Or maybe a family member was?


How'd that turn out, o.k. i hope?

We had some fun back in 02/03/04. Man, were we nutz, huh? Guess we still are, but just a little older. I had a microdisectomy on Dec 26th and still recovering. Walking and stretching exercises seem to be working ok. Takes about 6 weeks and the continuous strengthening stretches and walking to keep the back strong. Same chit we all should be doing daily anyhow. You bring a lot of memories to my mind. It's all good and I am getting back into the dispute thing here which I really enjoy.

Welcome aboard. We have a system around here. Any decsions made by Mods or sbr management have to go through JJ and I before they are finalized. This includes(but is not limited to) bannings,infrations, hirings, firings, contests, changing of rules and policies, ect. ect. We pulled some strings to get you hired at SBR...Please dont disappoint.
