Should women actually get paid MORE in tennis than men?

I've been watching tennis keenly for over 20 years and although I personally like a good competitive match and a showcase of skill no matter who's playing I also know human nature and can call a spade a spade. I also know that revenue drives salary and if the girls are bringing in their fair share of revenue - which they have been for some time - then they should be paid equal regardless of whether they work less for it. This is not a gender statement, just business.

Have you actually seen some of the WTA matches at smaller tourney's, including finals ? The stands are basically empty. The market is fair: men bring more money to ATP then women to WTA. If it was not for PC, no way women would be getting the same money at Slams.

Braasch was drinking beer and playing golf before the game and he beat them 6:1 and 6:2 without even getting in sweat. (Braasch was also known to be a heavy smoker, he even smoked during changeovers...)

In 1973 a 55 year old Bobby Riggs beat Billie Jean King (30 at the time), too.

I enjoy watching men play sports then women, no matter what the sport. They have more speed, power, and endurance. Women's tennis isn't that great. Azarenka, Sharapova, Williams and Errani are the only ones that play good tennis consistently. After that you get players that are good like once in a while. Would love to see video of this.The physical component in tennis is too great a barrier for a woman to beat a man (obviously). I mean it could be possible if she had god-like technical prowess. A sport like bowling which does not rely on raw athleticism is where women can beat men.

Quite honestly men's tennis is so fukin boring I cant even begin to give a shit...its like watching baseball in slow-motion...it takes something thats already unwatchable and amplifies it

First off over half of the points are just aces/unreturned serves in the mens game....secondly who the penetrate other than the top 5 would you ever watch play? Watching #9 play #10 would have a Nielsen rating of -1

Then theres the women's game....bc they cant serve it much over a hundred on their first serve (except for Serena of course) and their 2nd serve is practically underhanded you actually watch a game of shotmaking rather than just watch a guy slam the ball 150 mph serves for 3 hours...secondly there is ZERO parity in the men's game...when Nadal is playing #15 he's like a fuckin -1500 favorite...who the penetrate wants to watch that shit?

I know Serena is heads and tails better but besides her no one knows who the penetrate is gonna win a women's tennis match..."upsets" if you can call them that are so common in women's tennis that you have to wonder how much distance there really is between #5 and #50.

But most importantly watching women's tennis is like watching soft core porn...if you took away the sound of hitting the ball everyone outside the room would assume u were beatin off to some hardcore shit...its totally unnecessary for these smokin hot girls to scream like they're getting anally fuked by John Holmes everytime they serve it 90 mph but I like it. I dont know what qualifications you have to have to become a female tennis pro but besides the gorilla sisters and about 10% all the girls are just models that happen to play tennis and have loud orgasms on every swing.

Given the choice between a women's and a men's tennis match...hands down I would choose women's...its the only sport I feel this way about but the women should make more than the men.

I understand your opinion but as someone who plays tennis on a regular basis the stuff that top men tennis players do after playing 3 hrs on the tennis court is penetrating impressive. There level of play from beginning to end dont change much. Even tho you enjoy women tennis more that something from men that you at least should respect.
