Ravens are very banged up on defense after last week. Rolle is out. Suggs is questionable. Several others are in rough shape. The Ravens D is great, but how many starters can you take out of the lineup before it's just Ed, Ray and some special teams players and still expect them to shut out the other side?

Face it, the Ravens will have to basically pitch another shutout on defense to win this game. Look at the yardage totals from last week. They were very lucky to hold the Titans to 10. With the injuries and fatigue setting in, I just can't see them doing it again against the Steelers.

Also, there is so little room for error on defense before it gets into a situation where Flacco is forced to win the game. Do you really want to be putting your money on Flacco in a game like this?

Ravens D has been dominating the last two years when Rolle plays. When he doesn't they are average.

Looking at this season, in games that Rolle has played Baltimore has allowed 175 passing yards per (12 games), while in games he hasn't played Baltimore has allowed 212 passing yards per game (6 games). Although the last 4 times the Ravens have played a playoff team they have given up 238.5 passing yards per game, all with Rolle in the lineup, and all within the past 5 weeks.

not buying it. The Monday night game, Balti dominated, and if not for a stupid unsportsmanlike, would have rolled over Steelers.

I just can't wait for this game... might not sleep....

I really don't know for sure what will happen in this game... nothing will really suprise me, short of a 38-35 shoot out.... but either team winning by alot would not suprise me, and a close game is obviously expected by most.

should come down to which team can produce more turnovers and big plays.

watch out for Ben's healthy arm...he took like 5-6 deep shots against the chargers.... his timing was off, but he hasn't done that since he hurt his shoulder way back in the first half of the season. If washington or holmes breaks free once or twice, it could be trouble.

Willie Parker has never run for over like..65 yards in 6 games against the ravens...they SHOULD shut him down again. but he is finally running well, so ya never know, he is a home-run hitter...

that is two areas where the Steelers might strike quick and next thing you know its 14-0 steelers...do you wanna be in the situation with flacco having to lead you back from behind against the steelers D/Ike taylor troy polomalu and company? In pittsburgh...

just can't wait

That was week 4, the teams are much closer now to what they were in week 15, in which the Steelers had 311 yards. Not that either mean anything really.
