If he didnt pull the trigger all he'll have to do is tell them who did it and testify against them, and he probably won't get much if anything at all for tampering with evidence. Goodell would be his biggest obstacle then though.

police have to dot all their i's and cross all their t's before they arrest him. once cops arrest him, the state only has 72 hours to charge him formally with 2nd degree or voluntary manslaughter. they will take as long as they need to gather all the facts so the state feels confident that they can get a conviction or force him to plead.Comment -

I am thinking that the cops have said if you cooperate you will not be arrested as of yet and they somehow haven't arrested him yet. That very well could be they are waiting to see if he makes any huge mistakes are made by him and then it could be used as evidence. I am sure there is lots more to come here in this case.Comment -

Pats had a tight end, or a lack of having two of them healthy when it counted cost them a Superbowl and probably a trip to the Superbowl. Now they are counting on Gronk coming back to full strength and being there in the playoffs. Without him they don't have enough weapons to make up for the lack of a top notch D to win it all.

Tight ends may be an ancillary position to most teams, but this is the Patriots - can't deny that a critical amount of their offensive firepower came from that position. Also can't deny that their defense has been less than satisfactory. So what's left? Running backs? Wide outs? Take a look at some reputable NFL Fantasy blogs and you'll come across caption's like, "Patriots Wideouts, RBs, Promise Many Fantasy Headaches."
That leaves the B & B railroad: Brady and Belichick. Will B & B stay on track, or is there a derailment on the horizon? Doesn't look like the engineer/conductor on this run will be on schedule based on the supporting crew. So it looks like (to me anyway) they'll find it difficult to stay on track.
