Man, this this this. I'm a pretty good cook, and I hate going out to restaurants for this reason alone. Combine that with living in Costa Rica (the worst place I've ever been to in terms of their culinary skills and cuisine), and I pretty much have to cook all of my own meals. Going out to eat is nearly always a huge disappointment for me.
