    they hide information like this on the back of the ticket they give you. Jeezus, if you don't know this much, just pay the ticket and get on with your life.

      Not exactly true. If you are not making an attempt to get away from the cop you can say that you were unsure that it might be a real cop car or it was unsafe to pull over where he originally attempted to pull you over. You have every right to pull over later down the road or even in your own driveway if its not too far awayif you feel it might be "safer".

        Easiest solution see if you can get supervision and a fine. Don't get caught speeding for the period of time under supervision and it is over.
