When you think about the fight, it makes no sense that it the decision was fixed because of money on one side, considering the only place you could bet it was focking 5 dimes at 100$ a pop.

It makes no sense that marshall himself paid off the judges because he is broke and wasnt even getting paid shit for the fight. I guess he could have promised them a cut of the 100k prize money, but he would still have to win another fight in the finals, so it seems pretty unlikely the judges would compromise themselves on the possibility of a payday.

Why are there rarely any rounds that are scored 10-10?

It also seems unfair because their are so many rounds where there is no actual winner, and the judges give to one guy because they think he landed one more punch?

So, are all these judges simply stubborn? We don't get any "rogue" judges who want to get cute and start scoring 10-10 rounds?

The reason you dont see 10-10 rounds is because in a three round fight it increases the likelyhood of a draw by a lot. and a draw is the WORST thing that can happen for a promotion. especially in a title eliminator or something similar.

Imagine if Tate was up 2 rounds on Zingano but instead of getting finished, tate just got pummeled in the third round in what was clearly a 10-8. Now we have a draw. What the fock do they do, postpone the filming of focking TUF for atleast 3 months so they can train. and that is pending no injuries that would require suspensions. realistically the turnaround on a rematch would be 6 months or more. focking nuclear bomb to the promotion.

The only time you ever see a draw is in a title fight (rarely) or when a point is deducted.

So once again, we either have every judge across the entire continent INDEPENDTANLY towing a line of no 10-10 rounds (which coincidentally benfeits the promotion) despite the fact they are under scrutiny for this, or have they just been instructed by the organization to pick a winner for each round no matter what so there will be fewer draws?
