#57chi i have a membership at a local 24 hour gym down the street, its got basic equipment, im 22. I have a little lifting exp not a ton. last time i got big into working out i focused on eating a lot of protein and lifting 5 days a week doing 2 body groups back-bi chest-tri leg-shoulders and just alternated everyday.Comment -

#63I have been working out all my life... till about 1.5 years before that "before" picture.....was in the worst shape of my life... so it is five times easier to regain what you lost...in a short period of time then it is to get bigger or lose fat for the first time... much less at the same time, which is almost impossible.
I've been way bigger and i've been maybe a bit more cut maybe... but I just went crazy discipline for 12 weeks and put them together...Comment -

#67small school Grove City College for undergrad...
all I did was sports, never studied...got below avg grades didn't party alot but enough,
it was division 3 so competition was barely above that of real big high schools in some sports.
track and field (throwing, sprints, long jump...Javelin was specialty did 2 decathalons) 4 years
football 1.5 years...never saw the field
water polo 2 years
got cut 2 straight years in basketball walk on tryouts (all my friends were on the team)
didn't have varsity wrestling so I did it as a club sport/independent
1 year of club lacrosse (I was bad, just played long stick/defense and hit people)
2 years club rugby
grad school at Slippery Rock university...
grad assistant wrestling coach 2 years..
Olympic Lifting team manager 2 years..
very embarrassing to look back on itComment -
