Because I have nothing else to do this morning. I took the odds for each team winning their conference added them up and divided by 4. Pretty much if you had a longshot like the Bucks or Rockets you were behind the 8-ball. Same with having a hockey team that was questionable to make the playoffs. The Bucks killed Mike...but in reality you can expect them to be worth 1W at the most. Definitely not an exact formula, but something neat to look at none the less.
