Lackey is TERRIBLE. 6.41 ERA last season in 28 starts. Guy is awful. 6.41 ERA over an entire season is terrible. I made so much money betting against him last year when crackhead oddsmakers had him chalky favorite. And Lackey's making $16 Million. hahaha. Sox got burnt way over-spending for Lackey and Matsuzaka. Good thing Matsuzaka is gone. I was telling people Dice-K sucked from the beginning. Guy not worth anywhere near $100 Million. Nobody believed me.

As a fan im rooting for sox obviously... but i NEVER put my money on John Lackey. I only bet against him. Guy stunk up the joint all season last year. How do you sustain 6.41 ERA as starter over an entire season? the guy is HORRIBLE.

Boston does have deadly lineup though. Best lineup in league in my opinion. who knows maybe the sox' big bats will bail lackey out.
