I agree this has really good value. While there may not be a dominant team this year, there is a pretty big gap between the top 12 teams and everyone else. I don't even see any seed higher than a 3 making the final 4.

Florida usually catches all the breaks in the tournament. Florida Gulf Coast will beat Georgetown, Minnesota will beat UCLA, then some team like Arkon will make a run to the Elite 8.
