It's because the line was accurate. Meaning most models had similar results. No edge for a +ev bettor. No model predicted SA losing by 30, or losing at all for that matter. So by this logic, not even Vegas or offshore books are sharp. Which would mean its basically square vs. square and we know that's not true.

The game was a statistical outlier that will occur less that 0.1% of the time.

I could care less about one game as at most I would have had 5 units on it, assuming the line was off which it wasn't. I'll bet 5 units 500 times over by years end.
