Ok so I coach my daughter's 10-u softball team and there is this bitch lady who is the mother of one of my players that is fuking insane. The bitch sends me e-mails to bitch me out (and she presses reply all so everyone reads them). And today she bitched me out in front of other parents and players.

So far I have handled that shit like a baws and kept my cool but I'm afraid one of these days she's gonna catch me in a bad mood and I'm gonna get my daughter's DeMarini and beat her senseless with it.

Any advice?

I would strongly recommend that you talk to her in private and tell her how you feel about her attitude. Do it in a diplomatic, cool manner, be very specific of what bothers you and make sure she GETS YOUR POINT. You don't want to hold that frustration inside of you, because here is what's going to happen: frustration>anger>hate and when the volcano will erupt, there's going to be trouble.

Funny you say that because she had snacks last game and I was telling my daughter I hope she doesn't poison us and my daughter was like "I know daddy." Lmao! She's only 9 but really smart and she knew exactly what I meant. Also when we got 1st. place we only got 11 medals and we have 12 players so I pulled my daughter to the side and explained the situation to her and asked her if she was ok with me not giving her a medal and that I would get her one later. She said not worry about that it was no big deal. I wished that lady would have seen that, my daughter is a year younger than hers and she acts more mature. That's our job as parents, not to raise brats that want their way every time.

So, returning to the original issue of this thread, did you manage to get that nasty woman off your back, Cheme82?

Well we won the opening day tournament and we are 2-0 in league play. 20 runs scored, 4 allowed. I rotate all the girls to at least 2 positions including at least 1 in the infield. I rotate my bench players so everyone sits down one inning. I rotate 3 different batting orders so all the girls have a chance to hit at the top, middle, and bottom of the lineup. I don't ask that her daughter shares her gear, so she really has nothing to bitch about.
