Thanks for the update. Glad you have decided to set this more in line with industry standards. I continue to be impressed with your attention to customer feedback.

Happy holidays to you as well.

Very impressed. Nice contrast from any number of others books atm where customer service is a dim and distant memory.

I know its early, but you really got to give it up to these guys for paying attention to the player.

How is it again that BetOnLine is rated ahead of these guys?

Yeah, that is a good thing. I like the one free withdrawal a month.

But I just opened an account, sent in $200 Moneybookers, and got charged $10 for depositing.

First time I have ever been charged a few for depositing into a sportsbook.

Anyone else have that happen to them?

No it didn't happen to me at Phoenix (or anywhere else I can recall).

My deposits have all been larger dollar amounts. I can only guess there is a minimum deposit for it to be free (???).

Just seems like a mistake really.

So I looked at lines, liked what I saw.

So thought I would send in another $140 Moneybookers (forgetting about my new found hand in my pocket fees for depositing).

Cost me $7 this time lol.

                    Glad withdrawals are free!

Just to follow up, they did credit me back fees today.

Their policy (unwritten) is that $300 and up they cover fees, less it is 2%. If I would have know that, could have sent $300 in no problem, I ended up spending more than that at their establishment yesterday anyways lol.

Yeah the way these guys operate, it doesn't surprise me they would credit those fees.

They should put that $300 minimum policy into writing. (And the way those guys react to customer feedback, they probably will).

Got to agree. I can't remember back to a better x-mas present than what this bunch has put under the tree. Now all we have to do is see a bunch of folks showing up here saying they got paid--and presto.... I got my new bestest friend.

I still love the part where Alex dogs the book(s) (without naming names) who collars to $100.

come to think of it, i might still be at Dimes if that was as low as they went..errrr NOT! Almost forgot abt the accompanying 45 second delay

i see two options for this book:

                            1)aggressive collars like betonline

                            2) cascade

Had three payouts now, total in the 5 figures. Last one came through in 15 minutes, so they've improved their moneybookers systems.

                                Durito Scrooge!!

Well, it took BOL almost a year to resort to treating their players like scum. maybe we get that from this group. But outside of the bonus structure, which is obviously to entice new players, there are books making money at reduced juice and not collaring in the 50-100 range. You just can't be lazy on the lines.

I realize many books have thought themselves to be the next coming of Pinny (cascade), but doesn't mean someone won't pull it off.

Your skepticism is not without merit. Worst case, i will take a year ride and then be kicked to the curb. No harm, no foul!!

Be careful about the free payout. I tried these boys out and got fooled. When I went to cashout, the free payout method was "currently unavailable" Also you must wait 14 business days, not 2 weeks like the site states! This is a week difference!
