Why are no BLACK GMs or HEAD COACHES being hired by teams with vacancies?
ESPN will create a shitstorm if this continues

Sit at home on welfare for 200 bucks a week.
Actually do some work for 10-20K a week.
you know how the trigga traces think.
easy choice for most of them.

It can be explained pretty easily. NFL is on an "offensive guru" kick right now. I think most black candidates have defensive backgrounds.

It's rare that a black man is a great leader. Blacks are so much more athletically gifted and talented than crackers, it isn't even funny. But, they haven't been bread to be leaders yet, with a few exceptions. This will change over time, but right now it is what it is. Black men are do'ers. I respect them more.

Ask ESPN how many minorities they have in middle and upper management? They don't want to open up that can when they are doing the same things. Just like the NFL hires players on merit and potential ESPN has a nice mix of minorities out front, behind the scenes is a different story.

Then you can say the only reason Arians would get it is Andrew Luck. You can play that game on every team.

Yes there is a rule that they have to interview a certain number of black coaches another bs rule wasting time in my opinion if you want to hire a white or black coach no one should be able to tell you that you have to interview different races its a garbage rule

You like that he's so easily trolled by idiot reporters and the fact that those same reporters then turn him into a hero using said trolling as a reward for being trolled?

80 percent of Americans are white.
13 percent of Americans are black.
It simply stands to reason that all things equal, the vast majority of all teams will be white.

Looks like the Eagles hired Chip Kelly who is 75% white. It's astonishing, and this close to black history month

This topic was addressed by Jimmy the Greek 24 years ago, when he was interviewed by Ed Hotaling, a black producer-reporter for NBC-owned WRC-TV.
The Greek said that whites would no longer play a major part in professional sports if more blacks obtained head coaching positions.
If they take over coaching, like everybody wants them to, there's not going to be anything left for white people," The Greek said. "All the players are black. The only thing that the whites control are the coaching jobs."Five days latter Demetrios Georgios Synodinos a.k.a Jmmy "the Greek" Snyder was fired from CBS.
The Greeks gcomment followed former Los Angeles Dodgers vice president Al Campanis who said a year before that blacks do not have the"necessities" to manage to be, let's say, a field manager, or, perhaps, a general manager" for these positions (he resigned two days later).

If there were any remotely qualified minority candidates, franchises would be falling all over themselves to give them a shot. Diversity is very good for PR. If Obama is white, he never wins the election.
