If anyone watched this or the links i posted above, does this put into question how valid the Kahnawake Gaming Commission is. Like they said Joe Norton helped establish the commission, which gave him the license for Absolute poker. It looks like the gambling site owners basically run the commission and can't be objective in handling disputes.

This can also come into play because they also license well known Sportsbook like Sports Interaction. Also troubling to see that this Kahnawake is located in Canada but do not follow canadian law.

They don't follow Canadian law because indian land is sovereign, a nation within a nation.

you only say that because you were at home and lost and didn't have to deal with being a loser in a public setting. When you lose at the casino it makes you let go it alot easier than if you spaz out and flip out at home and go crazy. You remember the losing and going crazy a lot more at home compared to at public in the casino...cuz they just toss your ass out if you do that shit.

why are the cheaters being protected?
everyone agrees cheating was occurring, but the only penalty was a fine to the site and pay back to the players who were cheated, the actual cheaters get off with nothing, why

If I remember correctly, the cheaters were given immunity in exchange for information on how they were able to manipulate the software. At least that's the story the folks at the KGC were spinning.
