Speedy, I hate to break it to you, but I don't see the Kings moving to Seattle. I didn't hear anyone saying they'd stay after their 'for-sure' departure to Anaheim beside me. It's playing out the same way and, let's be frank, Seattle doesn't hold a candle to Sacramento. Say all you want about demographics, but if your city was any good for the NBA you wouldn't have lost a team in the first place. Sacramento can carry an NBA franchise a lot better than Seattle and the investors are coming together to show that.
But if I'm wrong, at least you don't have to deal with the Maloofs.

Exactly how is your situation in Sacramento better? You guys don't have an arena. We have a brand new arena that is being built this year. And Seattle is just as good a basketball town as Sacramento. We are a bigger media market, bigger population, and we've supported the NBA much longer than Sacramento has. There is no doubt that Sacramento has great fans, I always thought Arco Arena had the loudest fans. I don't know what your bragging about. Sacramento Kings haven't won shit. You guys have been a bottom feeder in the NBA for how long now? When was the last time you guys won a championship? Oh yeah never. At least the Sonics won a championship.

Sacramento's situation is better because the Kings are already here. There's no need to worry about relocating and the fees associated with it. Seattle has plans to build an arena, but Sacramento already approved an arena. Seattle has a billionaire investor and Sacramento has a billionaire investor who owns land in the heart of Downtown Sacramento willing to build an arena on the site. I'm not saying Sacramento is a better market. We both know it isn't. But with the current situation I don't see any advantage Seattle has to get investors to purchase the Kings and relocate.Comment -

Can't believe this kid is calling our city sad. Do you know how many big bowl games the Washington Huskies Football team has won? Husky Football has won 15 Pac-10 conference championships, seven Rose Bowl titles, and four national championships.
Oh and our NBA team won the Championship in 1979, and has made two other trips to the finals in which they came up short. How many Championships have the Sacramento Kings won or been to? Oh wait..........Comment -

Yep I post a lot, I'm well aware of that. When you sit infront of a computer at work for 35 hours a week, I got time to post. I'm not going to try to defend my personal life to you. Bottom line, I think we've all proven that the Seahawks, Sounders, Husky Basketball and Football, and the Mariners are better than the sorry Kings and the RiverCats.
