Another discredit to the Falcons. Maybe SF didn't get off the bus in Seattle. SF didn't have their best dlineman in that game. Justin Smith was out aldon Smith has not recorded a sack since Justin Smith went down. Shows you how important he is to that defense and all of the chaos and double teams that he forces

Like I have said several times in different threads, we can do this back and forth all week, you are going to bet Atlanta, (and it's all good) I am going to bet Seattle (and that's all good) but the game will be settled this weekend on the artificial turf.
One will be right, one will be wrong.

I actually agree with Harry's assessment here a little. Mike Smith is as conservative as it gets and Carrol does take risks. My fear is that Smith could shit his pants again and hide in his shell (meaning Turner up the middle for 2). Hopefully this is where the hiring of Dirk and Nolan pays dividends. It has so far. This is why I believe that this team is different than the other playoff bed shitters. Dirk calls a semi aggressive game but also gives Ryan the freedom to check into any play he want at the line. Nolan has been confusing the shit of teams in "big games" this year. This is a big game.

So if Ryan is pressured, it's going to be a looooooong day for the Falcons.
Also know this, Lynch is a beast and Falcons aren't very good at stopping the run.
Ryan has one of the best o-lines in the NFL. Ryan has the #7 lowest sack %. Plus Clemons is out, that's a big deal.

I wouldn't say ATL has zero ground game, but definitely not the steamroller we saw in years past from ATL.

Lynch does concern me and is a key if SEA is going to be in this game, he absolutely has to be a beast in this game.

Thats not what Victor Cruz said on Colin Cowherd. http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/13553/victor-cruz
He basically says that Nolan confused the shit out them; Atlanta is a tough place to play; and that they are going to the Super bowl

But then again, he didnt get off the bus, so how would he know? .Save your money on this one

You are absolutely right about this, and thank god we only have a couple more days before we get to just watch it all unfold on the field.

But you can certainly understand the frustration for Falcons fans/backers when it seems that there is always some excuse as to why the Falcons won a certain game here or there. But with the Seahawks, its just supposed to be understood that they are a superior team to everyone else.

The spreads have adjusted, people aren't underestimating SEA anymore. A #1 seed only laying 2 1/2 at home?!

Absolutely, Ryan needs this game real bad, to rid of himself of that stigma that "he's not big time, he's just another regular season QB, yadda, yadda, yadda."

I can only speak for myself, but I don't disrespect loyalty, it's a quality I place a premium on, so don't think I am disrespecting the Falcon fans, am not, stay true to your team, however, I'm on Seattle.

Can't wait for this one to kickoff.

It wasn't just the Giants they confused. Remember the Broncos? When P. Manning had 3 INT's in the first quarter. And Drew Brees when his record was broken and threw 5 INT's?

In all the games that mattered the Falcons defense prevailed against a superior offense on paper.

Stop Lynch and Atlanta goes to the NFC title game.

Shit, if they stop Lynch, it's going to be a bloodbath. Lynch needs 100 yds and 1 TD just keep SEA in the game.

ATL won't stop Lynch completely, but they will have to match him score for score. This will be a tight game.

Cards picked Ryan 5 times, ATL won both games. Every NFL QB has a few stinkers. RW had 3 INTs @ STL and lost.

I think the Falcons win this one. Seattle is a great team but all of that travel in seven days in addition to 1 PM kick off on the east coast is working against the Seahawks. Clemmons injury is also a factor. Atlanta will focus on stopping Lynch and I'll take Ryan at home over Wilson on the road.

I hope people realize that a close, low-scoring game favors Seattle. Come to think of it, that wouldn't be a bad parlay. Seattle and the Under.

In your wildest dreams is there an angle that you don't see Seattle winning this game? If someone read your posts and didn't look at the spread he would have guessed it's Seahawks -14.5

If you can't fly with the falcons get out of sky seahawks !!!!!!

This line by the bookies is a joke to sucker the grandstand betters into a better tomorrow// lol lol. I will have to admit slightly that the Seahawks have a good defense , however I was not impressed the way secondary played against the Redskins.. I also bet the Seahawks in that game[ its on my thread with SBR also] This is my option why the Falcons will win by 10 or more points .First postseason meeting against Atlanta, but Seahawks lead all-time series 8-5. Have won eight of past nine, outscoring opponents 217-74. Ended eight-game playoff losing streak with 24-14 wild-card win over Redskins last week. Russell Wilson’s 27 TD passes (including playoffs) is a rookie record. WRs Sidney Rice and Golden Tate tied for team lead with seven receiving TDs. Defense led NFL in fewest points allowed (15.3 average) and TDs allowed (25). However Ladies and Gents of SBR sports forum members and personal buddies on the forum, about why the Falcons will cover 2 /1/2 or 3 point spread. Have been one-and-done in last four playoff appearances, including 0-3 under coach Mike Smith. But take this under consideration SBR members that Matt Ryan passed for franchise-record 4,719 yards and 32 TDs and has 33-6 record at home !!! those are great stats folks!!... Roddy White (1,351 yards) and Julio Jones (1,198) are the first Falcons teammates with 1,000-yard receiving seasons since 1998 Wow!!! more great stats. White has 585 catches since 2007, the most in NFC. Defense tied for fifth in NFL not bad with 31 takeaways.
My Prediction: Falcons, 28-17. Falcons offense at home with home town crowd cheering !!!!! If you can't fly with Falcons get out of sky Seahawks, go back home to Seattle bay and have a nice day!!!!! LOL/LOL/ !!! My Bet A !!Gimme!! Or !!Lock!! Atlanta by 2 1/2 or 3 take you pick!!! .

Bukkake occurs when a group of men, perhaps 50 or more, manually stimulate themselves to climax and proceed to squirt warm ectoplasm onto the face, hair, body, or into the eyeballs, ears or mouth of a waiting and willing female. The female will sometimes decide to swallow the creamy ejaculate and utilize the energy and protein it provides to rejuvenate her and allow her to heartily receive two further litres of semen onto her now apparently yogurt and glue covered visage. Bukkake originated in Japan, but is now widely practised throughout the world.
Hey honey, do you want to go engage in a 100 man bukkake session? Good. Don't bother having dinner tonight alright? Oh, and don't bother going to the spa for a facial today either. You will receive both courtesy of the city fire department's entire staff tonight at the firehall. Oh, and don't wear anything nice. We'll just throw your clothes straight in the garbage when we're finished. Hope you like semen!

WTF are you totally full of shit or what? How does a close low scoring game favor the hawks? They just lost their FG kicker for gods sake and ATL is 30-5 at home, 7-1 this year? Additionally, Atlanta has won a ton of close games this year, many of them comeback style...does this not count as a plus in the close game experience category. Please explain.

Seattle has the best rush defense and the best pass defense in the league
Seattle has the best running game
Russell Wilson will destroy the pathetic Atlanta defense
Julio Jones and Roddie White will not have a catch in the game
                                                                  Michael Turner is dead
Matt Ryan will choke and throw 5 interceptions
Coach Smith is not even good to coach a HS team
Seattle playing at 10 am their time and having to weak up at 6 am their time is an advantage
Flying 15,000 miles in 5 days in 4 time zones is an advantage
Falcons not playing last week is a huge disadvantage especially if they had players who were injured
Seattle's loss of best DE is an advantage because the rookie backup and his backup who hasn't played for 5 years are better
Not having a kicker for the game is an advantage for Seattle because they can go for 2 pts on touchdowns
A low scoring game favors Seattle because they score less points on the road
                                                                  Comment

Or !!Lock!! Atlanta by 2 1/2 or 3 take you pick!!! .
