If you guys watched US play yesterday, the score right now 2-0 after 1st would not come as a surprise.
They played some amazing hockey yesterday against a very solid CHECH team. CHECHS are not Germany or Latvia.
Plus Canada having a day off is actually a bad thing. Neither team has won in the past in 4 tries after having a day off vs playing against a team that played the day before and WON..

This game is not over yet.. Canada will come out swinging in the 2nd period..

I think its great how accommodating Canada is to foreign cultures. Their goalie is a visually impaired African child. He might think the puck is some sort of food, as it explains why he is collecting them in the net.

He is a Subban. The Subban's are excellent hockey players. Malcom is a great goalie, he wouldn't have been invited if he wasnt. Those two goals, neither were his fault. His teams ineptness to rid the puck from the zone and in return screening Malcom was the reason. He had ZERO chance on either.

US just lost to Canada 2-1 3 days ago..
US coach is the reason we won today. he changed lines around after the loss to canada..
That does not mean that we own future of Hockey now...

This was dissappointing. Weak defensive zone play, weak goaltending (except the first two goals) and no urgency/effort in the neutral/offensive zone.

I thought it was going to be a high scoring game with a lot of back and forth goals because I did not have a lot of confidence in Subban. Gibson played as well as he was needed to. Mcabe came up big.

What a horrible call by the ref to blow the whistle then allow the goal for Canada.

Nice win by USA, I hope they win Gold.

Subban allowed one bad goal. Grapes on twitter even mentioned the first three had nothing to do with him being at fault.

The points were left wide open and looking at their scoring all tourney you just can't leave the USA points open. It was a shooting gallery. Can't win against talented teams like that.

Canada deserved to lose that game without a doubt.

They played flat and took stupid penalties all game long.

I'm embarrassed by that effort as a Canadian but give full props to the Yanks they played one hell of a game.

Congrats America and any backers and GL in the finals
