I was running mid 35s last year and I could walk on my hands as fast as you were going and not get winded. And I have 10 years on you I would imagine if not more since I was 43 then.

I grew up in Maine and ran all over New England so I know about cold. That isnt going to make you sound that winded.

Holding a camera isnt going to make you breath that heavy especially if youre in shape enough to run a 34 minute 10k. I am not even in that great a shape right now and we ran just under 10 miles in 70 minutes, with vicious Santa Anna winds howling, today and at no time did I sound like that. And we all talked and shot the shit the whole time. I am probably not even in 40 minute shape right now let alone 34.

Thats a lot slower than you have to go to do a 34 minute 10 (34 minute 10K is 5:29 pace in case you hadnt looked it up or calculated it yet.). and you need to stack 6 of them together.
