Also, Justin7 is now saying that he has confirmed with two sources that BI's original backer was not arrested. Is this true? Even Jon has repeatedly said that this original backer ran into "legal troubles".

Can you get Jon Kreta's real name for us? Can you confirm if Jon Kreta is trying to stay in the industry/work in CR?

I'll address both these at the same time. I'm familiar with a lot of what was written in that article as I edited the second version and got information from the sources. I'm not here to break any case open and some might be disappointed what I can't answer due to lack of knowledge. I have leads from credible sources both on Jon's identity and the original backers. Nothing I know or can share at the moment. I am interested in this case, am not someone that can be silenced without killing me, and will be pursuing all option (nothing off the table) in hopes of getting players paid. Whether I have any chances of success I don't know - but stuff speculative I can't answer.

The data was delivered, a lot of it. There's more that may be shared in time but it is a lot to sort through and includes many other elements of the operation too. On this specific data, that's simply an affiliate tracker heading. All that it implies is either you clicked a different link than those under the other tracker, or were moved into a group they wished to track differently for some reason. I don't know anything else on the trackers besides that.

Please look at post #384. Besides that BangtheBook claim, which is obviously false, who else sniffed this out before SBR? I would be the first to knock on SBR, and probably would be, if it wasn't already so one-sided that both sides don't get a fair shake.

Most of what I can answer I have access to 98% of all edits made at SBR, deleted threads and everything since midway into the Heritage/Cory1111 dispute. I can answer questions about deleted threads and things. I can also answer questions for a lot of what was in the ATB article.

There are multiple version of the data. Jon sincerely did shop looking for help while insolvent. The fact BetIslands was insolvent was known by some parties parties since around November 20 (rough date by memory without checking notes). That knowledge became somewhat wide spread around December 2 (rough date without checking notes). So the data to be leaked was available several places.

I did work on the article with a source that has different data (edit: to clarify different meaning obtained from another source, could be a pure match - but does have more details than I had) than I have seen, but what I spot checked matched. The data I've been privy to comes from an involved player, and a Costa Rican clerk. Neither wishes for their identity to be revealed. It was likely obtained from a sportsbook owner.

Dude Justin7 a SBR employee states the sheet is legit and a few pages later Bill Dozer states it is a total lie. How the F can you give SBR a fair shake on anything? stop lying like everyone else and just go away you loser.
