Wow...I believe I have just been parachuted into the Jovan Belcher fan club...
But, I saw an interview with Belcher's neighbor when he was a high school superstar. The father/neighbor said that Belcher was a neighborhood terror. He constantly beat the shit out of his kids. The father complained to everyone including the police about Belcher but the school protected him because he played ball.
So the neighbor has to leave his house and move to northern Florida to get away from Belcher.
