A little bit lol. It's cool but they were 2 of the luckiest super bowl runs I've ever seen and 90% of Giants fans I know have no prob saying the same thing.

Anyone who ranks Montana ahead of Brady should kill themselves. They obviously don't know what the fukk they're watching. Montana couldn't hold Brady's jock. Watch the game jerkoffs.

3 super bowl wins by a total of 9 points. 2 super bowl losses. Most of the Super bowl winning years the defense was the heart and soul of the Pats. Relax

Heh. Brady had this clinched before the Pats went 16-0.
Too much data made this argument over a long time ago. It's just QB play is at such a high level in the NFL right now, he's expected to have mega-production.
If only he had a Randy Moss for his career... Or Jerry Rice. Or Reggie Wayne. Or John Taylor. Or Marvin Harrison.
Really impressive the level at which he plays. He has helped make a LOT of money for a lot of 'meh' receivers over the years - something you can't say of many other QBs.

They also work in an era where you can't touch a WR or a QB without a flag coming out. If your team was in the Super Bowl, who would you rather have at the helm, Montana or Brady? Thank you.

thread title says brady number two to montana also, no one is saying montana wasn't a great QB. and yeah the flags help, but that doesn't take away from brady and brees and rodgers to me

Yes, the NFL knew beforehand that the play would happen in the Oakland-New England divisional round and it would benefit Brady and the Pats. They also gave me these numbers for tonight's lotto. 8675309. Good luck.

Brady won 2 SB's before the chuck rule was created/enforced.

Guy missed two easy kicks in the 2nd SB. If he made 1 of them Brady wouldn't have had to drive them into FG range to win it. He also had no impact on the 3rd SB win.

Tuck rule was called correctly in that game, as it was when it was called against the Patriots earlier that season. Just like the Thanksgiving game 'throwing the challenge flag negates the automatic review', the refs made the right call of a pretty terrible rule.
If Spygate was so bad, why are teams now allowed to videotape from the sideline?
Brady is number 2 behind Montana, and could pass him with another MVP/SB win. 24 TDs and 3 INTs on the year... amazing numbers

people only tend to remember back about 25 year in these
"all-time" propositions.
What about SAMMY BAUGH ? JOHNNY UNITAS ?
these guys would have stats up the yin-yang with today's rules and receivers
and playing conditions/technology.
