agree guys that payed crazy # of teams paying 5, 10% makes no sense to me, but to each his own

point isnt that though, its only 3 places paid out of almost 50 teams

like u said lou, MW never had close to this # of teams...think most were expecting something to be added to the pool at this point

i think its important he keeps a running tally starting tomorrow and updated daily. it shouldnt be that hard, not too many games on any 1 day aside from a few days. this could be important for hedging purposes down the line.

IN our office pool, we actually pay last place a good prize. It is just as hard to finish last as it is first.

And by paying a last place prize, then it keeps everyone interested even when they are out of it

Standings updated daily is virtually useless in this format. Some people have a 3 unit play tonight and some didnt take it at all. More important near the end is the max possible points that someone could attain.

Sure it would be nice to have the scores updated everyday after Jan 1st, but updating them before that wouldnt help at all
