I live most of my life in plaid pajama-type pants with some old, comfy shirt from my old-comfy-shirt-pile. That is my work uniform.
When I go out, it is jeans. I have some respectable clothes in my closet from an office job I had in the 90's but it has been a while since I have trotted those out. I couldn't even guess if the pants are in style and whatnot.
I don't own a suit. My sister is getting married in February so I guess I'll have to deal with that at some point, however here is my question of the moment:
I have a date next Friday to see a stage production of The Sound of Music. (Please contain your jealousy). This is in Toronto at the Princess of Wales Theatre.
Naturally, the first thing I think of when I have a question about fashion is SBR. Any advice? Any of the Toronto crowd know where that place ranks on the swankiness scale? I know I went there with the ex a few times but she always told me what to wear for stuff like that and I don't remember. I'm thinking it is not an occasion for jeans.
