Just to tell everybody that I was also slowpaid by them, had to wait 10 days for my money but I got it two days ago. it was something about 1900 US$ so I guess that others should have received it as well!

#6SBR has confirmed that six Pointbet (SBR rating D+) users have received four figure Moneybookers transfers over the weekend. Management tells SBR that both merchant accounts (Moneybookers and bank transfer) are now sufficiently funded.Comment -

#7More of the same problems here in December
12.05.2006 (07:35 PM CST)
Pointbet (SBR rating D+) users complain of latest withdrawal delays. Players are waiting between 5 to 10 days for payouts as was the case in July. The sportsbook admits that their Moneybookers merchant account is insufficiently funded and those who request larger sums are forced to wait. Pointbet has not offered clients alternative payment options.Comment -

#812.13.2006 (07:34 PM CST)
Pointbet (SBR rating D+) payout problems continue. The sportsbook is offering large bonuses to new players via email while telling current users that they are unable to pay.
Player:
I have been waiting 9 days now for a bank withdrawal. I have made 3 moneybookers withdrawals recently, and for each one I was initially told 24-48 hours. Each moneybookers took 7 days to come (and numerous complaints from me) - the excuse being that the moneybookers account was underfunded. Hence I decided on a bank withdrawal for GBP 8000, as there could be no such excuses for delays - and after 9 days I have now been told that members withdrawal requests are backed up "from last month" and i just basically have to wait indefinitely. This is despite the fact that last week when I queried the slow payment I was told "it will be done tomorrow" and "it will be done later today, please check back later". This is now in the area of serious slowplaying, and I have a very large balance at this book, so you can understand my concern and also my concern that other players and potential players at pointbet might be on the way to being scammed.Comment -

#11More problems for Pointbet players.
12.14.2006 (11:48 PM CST)
SBR Bill Dozer reports: Yesterday’s Pointbet (SBR rating D) report prompts new similar complaints. The sportsbook has been downgraded from D+ to D. SBR will continue to monitor this situation, and note further slow-pay complaints and any reports of players receiving a substantial payment. Latest player complaint:
Hi Guys, I have requested a withdrawal of GBP15000 from Pointbet on 1st December, my 1st withdrawal request in 4 years. I have just received the following email:
Dear ******, Thank you for your email
Last month, there were so many withdrawal requests made by members,
therefore we are processing it all with 1st in 1st out, we are sorry for the
delayed which it might have caused, hopefully your turn will come near these
days Best Regards, Vincent Wong [Pointbet CS]
I am concerned for my remaining balance of around GBP12000 and for other
players. It is a site you have mentioned before but I took no notice, on the
basis I have been with them for a long time without trouble. I would appreciate any advice you have. Thank you in AdvanceComment -

#23it is a similar situation like during WC this year and that is why I believe that they will pay everybody. When I asked a CS yesterday when they will pay me they said "soon". And I asked what is maximum timeframe for that "soon" and they said "maximum is three weeks but it will be before that" or something like that.
Only thing I like here is that they are at least trying to be honest even though I would much more like them to pay me...Comment -

#24I hope and agree with you Pjesnik. It seems that asian bookies are not so good financially backed as US or Euro. I remember Internet1x2 slow pays and they paid after one year when everybody thought that they are done.
They have quite good name as No.1 asian bookie for Europeans and nice possibility to grow now.Comment -

#27Hey ba70!
That is stupid what you do there now IMO. If they are in no pay mode do not play there. You pay extra "risk vig" if you do so, because now you have 2 possibilities when you bet:
(i) you lose, so you lose
(ii) you win some amount let us say N, but the real money that you have are not N, but NxR, where R (risk premium) is some number between 0 and 1 (0 never paid, 1 paid in full)
So let us assume that players now have 95% chance of being paid there, then your real EV = EV x 0.95. Actually you lose money with every your bet. Do not do that, bet at another place or wait till payout.Comment -

#31Sorry to hear of your pending problems with this book ba70. However, as I mentioned in my PM earlier. Please send an email to: Assistance@SportsbookReview.com with your account number and details.
This book just continues to be downgraded for payout issues, and from the sounds of it another downgrade might be in the near future.Comment -
