TI is independent. Ruffin bought the place from MGM years ago. LVH is going to get picked up on the cheap. They have done and will continue to do mass layoffs. Heard the interested parties will upgrade rooms and go for convention crowd due to location. Book will still be a big feature.

LVH keeps sending mailers for $25 rooms. They need to do something.
Conventions are probably the only thing keeping them in business right now.
