seems these rumors with them keep surfacing. When Sahara closed they were gonna renovate it but nothing yet.

Sahara will be renovated. I think its going to be renamed SLS. I believe SBE, owned by Sam Nazarian, purchased it.

You put Hilton on strip it would do better

It's off the beaten path

The condos around it are literally empty, many going to get knocked down and have rock quarries

The top floors are leveled meaning just brick and busted up walls.. Anyone can go up there And hang out

Many squatters there

I go every 4th of july weekend because it's also my bday.. and i took my best friend last year in december for his bday.. . was there the last two years for opening week of march madness.. Went last year for week 1 of the NFL.. Went the year before for week 4 .. Was there for the bash the year before costa rica.. but didn't go to the bash was there for a bachelor party... I have randomly driven out from LA with friends on a drunken , drugged out binge at least 4 times....
