the account is on my own name, I would never deal with wrong names, because when you than have to proof identity for payout what you will do?
If you had wrote this thread who could also wrote that I have called them by phone. But It was no other result than to communicate with emails (I wrote above) - So why I should call them ?

Actual Situation

Hello !
The situation is the following:
1. Paypal tell that I should speak with Betfair, because They manage the process of payin and withdrawel on their homepage.
2. Betfair tell that the problem is on the site of Paypal and I should speak with Paypal.
I have now wrote an email that I have tried all to solve the problem with paypal and asked them if I can withdraw by another method than paypal. I will wrote when I have an answer

Sounds like you're making good progress, HP. I'm glad to see that Betfair is really taking the initiative to make sure you get your money. That's what I would expect from an 'A+' institution.

I hope that you're wright. Until now I have 6 times request an withdrawel to Paypal (because Betfair asked me every time to do it) and 6 times the money was back at the same or next day. That you expect this from an A+ institution is really ok, but I also expect from an A+ institution, that they solve such an problem quick and to give the customer another possibilities to withdraw the money. This problem exist since 1st July (!!!) and I'm really get tired of them. The only I want is that they look if they can solve the problem and that they let me payout money to another methods until they have solved the problem. I have nothing against to withdraw to paypal when it's possible. Paypal has f.e. the advantage that an withdraw to bank account in germany is free (Moneybookers take 1.80 Euro for this) - so it wouldn't be worse If I could use paypal. But I haven't created the problem, so it's not my job to solve the problem. By the way I have already tried to solve the problem (see above)

Why I have until now no answer ?
When I send an email to Pinnacle Sports who are also A+ I have in every case an answer in latest 30 Minutes. Why Betfair often need some days or just "forget" to reply ?
Can anybody explain me this ?

Yes I think you are wright. Clearly I have also now no answer from them. Is typical for them, they don't want to answer this question if I can withdrawel to other methods or not. I would bet that they will not answer to my email. It's just the question what to do. I think their are two possibilities:
1. Send them emails until they answer.
2. Just request withdrawel with f.e. moneybookers and look what happens.
I will think about what to do.

New interesting facts

Yesterday I was able to deposit money to my account with paypal. But today I get the following error message by depositing to my account:

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.

I'm curious if they have not looked the possibility to deposit with paypal because they saw that I have yesterday succesful depositet money in my account ?
By the way I get today an email with the question how I deposit to Betfair and I have answerred them that with creditcard or by collection authorisation.

Just the question to others:
Is it possible for you to start deposit process or not. It's not neccesary to really deposit money. After I have put amount and Betfair password comes this message:
The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.
So it comes before you login by paypal. Can somebody try and tell me, because I want to know if it's an technical problem or Betfair has locked my account for paypal.
