Why would you want to advertise to the world that you're a stiff? Do you really think it makes you look cool? Are you and your father trying to be the first father-son duo to make their stiff page?

I must say they have been rather tolerant w/ me. I have owed them for months and just started to pay now. I've paid them in the past. I never received any threats from them, but if I did I wouldn't have been mad since it was awhile.

I actually hope they make your life a living hell. You make up a story about you have to send it to an address. Sure buddy. Lets say they only paid out via moneygram. You would be the first in line to collect. Now you have a problem sending it via moneygram.

You have erybdyducksth saying they can't do anything, no worries. Personally, getting calls and having my ugly mug up on the stiffs page would be worrisome. It seems to me that you are the one that is bad not the book. they offered you credit now you don't want to pay it back even though they have paid YOU.


As for your father. If this story is true I would think he would tell you to pay or he would pay if for you. If not then He is maybe a stiff just like you and I would shut you both down as well.

I hit these guys for about 5 grand in the beginning back in Marrch and April. They paid without excuses or hesitation.

I built my credit up to 6 grand, By paying and recieving. I lost about 10,000 there five they paid and 5 I lost. But I paid!!!!

I went down again about 6 grand, didn't have the money to send them. I paid when what I could and got it paid off.

I never once was treated poorly because all they want is you to make some type of arrangement towards what you owe.


This is exactly what you need to do. Ignoring them wil not help your situation go away.

Good luck withwhatever you decide to do. But mudslinging them for your lack of holding up to your end of the deal only show what type of character you really have.

I raised the fact a long time ago from other threads I've read that Credit Wagering is a sign of the fall of the gambling industry. I've seen numerous threads with phone threats, immature and just plain stupidity from this book. They just make the industry look even worse than it does now. Since you lost money that they were generous enough to extend you credit on, why would you then insist that all subsequent interactions/transactions occur on your terms? Since you are literally "in their debt", it seems like you owe them the courtesy of approaching things on their terms.

I understand that you feel you have a legal and justified cause of action against them, but it only brings light to the fact that you currently fit the definition of a stiff. Save yourself the legal fees and just pay them how they wish to be paid.
