Sports will be nothing in 100 years compared to today
We are in an era of the perfect mix of minimal technology with superior athleticism.
In 100 years it will be so much technology. Everything will be easier.
No way I can see another player like Lebron James (275 pound PG/PF/SF) as long as NBA exists.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

#57In the dead ball era, in 1931 Lou Gehrig hit .341, hit 46 homers. drove in 184
Now pay attention here, Babe Ruth him right above Lou in the 3 hole, Ruth that season hit 46 homers also.
That means Ruth cleaned up the bases 46 times with homers before Lou even stepped in the box.
Not to mention the numerous times Ruth drove in runners with doubles and single.
184 RBI, in a league of 8, not 30, every major league starter Lou faced in 1931 belonged in the bigs, maybe 65 percent on the pitchers today belong in the majors.
Take a look at Gehrig's career, compare it to Miggy.
Makes Miggy look like a t-ball player.
Miggy had a monster season, yes, best hitter of all time? Hardly?
I change my vote for MVP from Trout to Miggy, but let's get off his rooster, OK, I can name 15 hitters who I can claim 'best of all time' before I go to baseball-reference.com and before I get to my second cup of coffee.Comment -

#67Paco, ease up homeslice.
Top 10 is probably more accurate. I wanna see how long the brother lasts. When you are as hard on yourself as he is away from the diamond, it can be expected that this may be the pinnacle.
