Eli has a biological advantage because his father and older brother are QB's. Therefore, he is naturally better. We must refer to Plato's philosophy of specialization. His principle of specialization clearly states that each member of society must play the role for which his nature best suits him and not meddle in any other business. It is clear that Eli has taken on that role and is preforming at very high levels. Aaron Rodgers was a back-up to Favre, and his father was a chiropractor, and so it appeared he was not born to become a QB. Instead, he acquired the skills along the way through resilience and hard work. Therefore, one can conclude that while Eli is an excellent QB, Aaaron Rodgers had to work harder to develop his excellent Quarterback skills. Both QB's certainly had huge shoes to fill. However, since Eli has the biological DNA advantage, Aaron exhibits the true qualities of a hard worker and serves as an inspiration for many kids that becoming a Superbowl winning Quarterback is attainable through determination. So, who is "better"? Well to answer your question, it is not always the end result we must judge, but the means at how they both got there. It is evident that Aaron fits the true description of what becoming a Quarterback is all about.

Not sure about the best right now but it's hard not to say top 5 worthy. Vick can run but I would'nt even have him in a top 10 list. Far as his "can't run" status I would'nt put too much stock in that. One of the greatest ever ... some guy named Marino looked like a fukkin duck waddling when he took off lol!
