My guess is lucky99 targets Asian gamblers , similar to how 5dimes had sites that targeted different demographics but your 5D login worked at all of them. I’d assume you already are a Lucky99 customer since you can login, no idea why the lotto bet limits would be different , unless they don’t want that action from US facing customers. Who knows.
