Never been married, and have no interest in ever doing so. I was old enough to fully understand the financial and emotional devastation my dad went through when he lost half of everything he had ever worked for, for the second time in his life, when my mom divorced him.
Every married guy friend I have is emasculated by their wives and miserable. I had one long time buddy whom I thought was happily married, but he recently got separated from his wife, so that was a farce too.
Marriage is a joke. Buyer beware.
