And he was thought to have had a mental disorder. So there was a legit reason for their actions. Turned out it was a mistake and the courts caught it and the guns will be returned.

as far as the second amendment, sorry Pauly, but it is not black and white rather open to interpretation. Ultimately by the Supreme Court.

I for one strongly support gun rights and also back ground cheques as well as confiscating guns from loons with mental disorders. Not everyone has a right to own a gun. Regardless of what you say.
