2. the name of the BI backer who pulled out - yes or no?

3. an explanation of the story of what went wrong here... for example, was the backer arrested or the asshole just ran away from his debts cause he was in a big hole? what is the whole story? be specific

4. the BI backer... what other books does he work with, what other books has he worked with in the past?

5. why did SBR help Jon lie about BI's connections to 7Red and EZStreet?

6. how much profit did you make from being BI's affiliate? How much in 2012?

7. Why is Bill Dozer defending Jon, who really went out of his way to mislead your customers and eventually steal from them?

8. when BI closed shop, how could they have exactly $0.00 in assets? Even if they had $200K and owed $2M, it's theft to keep the $200K. Have you asked these questions or looked for answers?

9. Have you checked on BI's offices lately? Have they moved all of their shit out? Or did they give the equipment to 7Red?

10. Is Jon still in CR? Does he intend to work in the industry? Is he working now?


I know you can't or won't answer all of these questions, or the MANY others we have. You do owe us to tell us SOMETHING though. You should tell us what you can. You should do whatever digging you can. Do something for god's sake. Pretend you give a penetrate beyond 'we made some mistakes, we will be more careful in the future. many people still enjoy our products". We are expecting much more from SBR, and derservedly so. You are our affiliate, you are a self proclaimed watch dog.
