St Louis is generally a hitter friendly park with both offenses capable of scoring runs.
Cain hasn't looked very good in the 2 starts against Cincy but his usually struggled against them and struggled against the Cards this season as well.
My only concern is the weather and the umpire, otherwise it's an over play for sure.
