Here is the recipe to my award winning Cowboy Macaroni I just made, its awesome:

2 Cups Elbow Macaroni
12 oz. Velveeta
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Paparika
1 15 oz can Wolf Chili no beans

Cook the macaroni, mix in velveeta/milk, add in spices, then lastly dump the can of Wolf Chili in, mix together over low heat on the stove until everything is melted and hot

Its awesome
