Hey Rap,you the man,I'm just the man standing next to the man

lets pick it up next week,but we can start tonight....look at the spread sheet that jimmcc broke down for tonight,that could give you a little more insight....as far as the game goes tonight ,if I were to bet the over/under I 'd side with the over,but its a little harry...you might wanna tease it...I think over because the Lions are gonna put up 28 + tonight ,THEY ARE A PASSING TEAM 1st,and they put up points,and the Bears can't stop the pass at all....The Bears like to run it,can they against this Lions front 4 ,not with the beat up offensive line...I see a long night for the Bears ,they hit a couple big plays like always,(special teams makes something happen good field position or something like that ,and they put up 17-21 points......Lions 31 Bears 17......Just tease the Bears to 12 and over 39 and call it a night....Thats if you like the Bears tonight.....I like the Lions so I just hit them straight up......but I also like the Lions -6.5 here and the over ....GL GRap

I'm going to try to complete CHI/DET as much as I can before game time... and use that template for other teams.
Not sure if I can get through all the teams, but going to try before next fri. anything I should be adding???
Torn between 'by team' or like the other spreadsheet 'by week'.

Thanks House! Good analysis. Yeah, after looking at the spreadsheet, only ONE game had scoring within the first 6:00 minutes if I am reading that right. Doesn't look good for my book but looks good for you guys.

Hey GRap,..your book offers the first 6 minutes...? If so ,I think all but one covered ...look at it again or maybe I'm looking at it wrong....jimmcc,if it were the 1st 6 minutes how many covered out of those two teams this year ...

It was 6-2 thats not bad at all.....and one of the games scored at 8:58 ..two seconds earlier and it would've been 7-1....I would take these odds GRap....

Had to change the CHI/GB first score at the 11:25 mark (I originally put time elapsed).

Which changes the score within 6:00 to 6/8. With one missing by 2sec

ok, I need some help. I am having to go to each matchup to find opening lines. I can find many sites with where the lines closed at, or just current and upcoming weeks opening lines. But is there somewhere I can get week by week opening lines???

Or is closing lines should be more looked at?

I would go with closing lines. Opening lines are good but if you cant get them the closing lines should be fine. I will also try and come up with some other stuff to look at I have another idea but want/need to do some manual work before i see if it usefull. Ill try and do it during the game tonight and hopefully have something for us tomorrow.

and half on score 6:00

I really like the O/U at 47, and will be looking at 45+ as a more deciding factor for this prop when I finish the spreadsheet. As well as offensive vs defensive rankings.

another thing which i would track is record for the prop for each team. I would do it but just dont have the time right now to do it if anyone else wants to take that up. You would keep the record for scoring in first 7:30, allowing a score in the 7:30 and also no score.
