Jets should drop Sanchez and get VY!

Sanchez will not bring you to the promise land.. Jets defense getting wasted because of mediocre offense..

Should have been superbowl champs with that defense..

Sanchez is already more developed, and Vince would literally kill himself in NY. Tennessee was too big time for him.

the reasoning is that Sanchez can't produce offensively....?....so the answer is VY who couldn't produce offensively either at Tennessee. I mean these guys are essentially in the same boat with their success being attributed to solid defenses and solid running games. And IMO, Sanchez is a much better QB than VY.

Not a big Sanchez fan, but he is better than Young with less experience. Young wanted to commit suicide in Tennessee, couldn't take the pressure in NY.

The Jets defense was sooo bad ass, they let the Steelers have an entire 9 minutes to start the game off on offense, just to give them a headstart.

I'm not a Sanchez guy but in the kids first two years, he's been to two AFC title games. That's not too bad, IMO. And it's very reasonable to assume that he will continue to get better.

Young has never learned to read defenses. He's is simply not now, and probably not ever going to be a top-flight NFL QB.

Vince Young, he of very quesitonable mental toughness who couldn't survive in a small town (Nashville) where the media wants to write nice things about you would get EATEN ALIVE IN MY WHERE THE MEDIA LIVES TO DEVOUR THEIR SPORTS HEROES.

I have no idea if Sanchez is ever going to win a Super Bowl...But I promise you the Jets aren't getting ready to get rid of Sanchez and bring in Young.

WOW!!!! There are times I read posts here on SBR and just shake me head...

I don't deny that Carson may need a change of scenery but if you think VY is going to take TO and Chad to the promised land...

It's much more likely TO and Chad will cause head-case VY to flip out...

sanchez just started his 6th playoff game in just his second season. his stats (9tds, >60% comp, >1000yds) are better than even bradys first 6 games. nearly as good as peyton!
