Highly, highly doubt it was his ACL... he wouldn't have been on the bike or walking much. MCL or PCL is definitely possible though. Its just amazing to me that Byron Leftwich can break his leg in a game, and finish out the game with his linemen carrying him down the field, IN COLLEGE, but a "tough guy" like Cutler can't even attempt to go back in the NFCCG? If he was really in that much pain, he wouldn't have been walking around.
