I cant stand McCarver, Buck is a shade better but still terrible. Gus Johnson is #1, i dont mind Collinsworth in small doses, Brian Billick is a good color guy too.

Why the hell is Matt Millen in the booth? He was the worst NFL GM in a generation. So he gets run out of the league. Now we fans have to be tortured by this loser. Why?

The people who hired them are probably the same people who thought it was good idea to put SF on national TV in Week 15, and Carolina (at Pitt) next week. And the same fools who put Arizona on TV on Christmas night when everyone knew the Cardinals would suck without Warner.

The good news is they only have two games left, and neither are watchable games.

How is that any different than any other announcer? They all talk to players/coaches before the games and then the talk about those conversations on air.

I think people are just happy Bryant Gumball isn't announcing. Even these guys are a much, much better improvement of Gumball.

These guys must have forgotten about Gumbell. Easily the worst play by play guy I've ever heard on a professional level broadcast. You could take a student from a Division III school broadcasting on college radio and he'd be better.

Theismann should be fired effective immediately and Matt Millen should be banned from anything to do with the NFL for ******* up the Lions organization for years. Both of them make it so hard to watch TNF without muting. The NFL should fine itself for how poorly a job they did when they put this staff together.

MLB.TV is great. NBA.TV is decent. NFL Network is a freaking disgrace. Besides some of the coaches, Mike Mayok, and Lindsay Soto's outstanding dimples and boobs, everyone just sucks. Total Access should be destination TV for football fans but it is an irritating, horrendous showcase of stupid people arguing and the same irritating commercials over and over (This ones for John!). No one will even buy advertising to this train wreck.

What really pisses me off is the Sunday night highlight show. Mariucci is fine, and should leave the network. Fran Charles is abysmal, and there should be a special ring of Hell for Deon and Irvin. Can a brother get some actual analysis instead of a bunch of bojangling? They hire their analysts like they are trying to make you hate football.

Millen was a great player, shitty GM, and decent broadcaster.

It's Bob Papa, he's the full-time radio guy for the NY Giants. He also does boxing for HBO.

I think he's fine. He knows the rules, how to use timeouts, and is not afraid to question a coach's decision.

The problem is pick someone for the 2nd spot. No need for 3 people in a booth.
