They will be tough, but if anyone can make them it's Robbie Gould. He's made some in crazy Soldier Field winds before. Big kicking edge to the Bears in this game.

Did you mean NOT kicking field goals???....because I don't think you can expect too many FG's, if any, in this game.

This game is going to be a slugfest won in the trenches. The team that tackles best and wants it more should prevail. That, and turnovers. Nothing too fancy.

Here's a thought....don't discount the possibility of a tie if FG's are impossible. Missed PAT could also decide the game.

Brady will find the endzone several times, if Chicago is kicking field goals to keep it close. It will be a long day for Chicago. That's JMO on it.

Dude, 30-50mph winds, probably aint nobody gonna be kicking FG's. What does "several" mean? I guess it means at least 4. Highly doubt it.

With NEs' kicker out, don't be surprised to see Belichick to go for it on 4th down well within field goal range. Brady has proven he can handle this kind of weather, they'll find the endzone. My gut says NE puts up at least 28 and probably more, wind and all. Again this is just my opinion, but Brady thrives in this weather, I've seen it many times.

Have you seen him play in 40+ mph winds? Maybe you have, I don't know. Which game(s)? I don't doubt 4th down attempts. And that's regardless of the kicker. Anything over 40 yards might be nearly impossible. Bears though are one of the best at stopping on 3rd and 4th downs.

I have heard the story many different times in many different ways.. NE will lose against the steelers D, they are the iron curtain.. NE is in a let down spot the Jets will cover.. These supposed superior Defences keep getting promoted but do not show up against brady.

I won't pretend that the D line of the Bears is not absolutely amazing, but then again it's hard not to be when Cutler lets them spend the most time on the field. Want another example of that? Look at how awesome the ravens D is, Flacco's fault indeed. The only truth I can offer is I view this as a quarter back fight and when you stack the two Brady trumps Cutler.

You have to view the Bears in a letdown spot themselves with thier recent wins especailly against the Eagles. Cutler until proven otherwise is cutler, with his recent top notch performance he is definetly in for a let down trip back to reality where he sucks. I'm personally staying away though. It will be a fun game to watch. I would of liked the over in a big way had it not been for the weather.

The Pats and Bears may play in the same type of weather as far as snow and cold go but Soldier Field sits right next to Lake Michigan and the wind affects play much more than the Pats stadium where the field sits down in a bowl. I'm sure some people remember the 49'er game in Chicago a few years ago, FG's were impossible, I've never seen wind like that in New England. I'm taking the under 37.5 and cashing that money.

The bears defense is unbelievable and this game is in soldier field. Jay cutler has a 110 qb rating last 5 games and that offense has been very productive

New England is gonna be in for an absolute war in this game.... If u think this will be an easy win, u are out of your mind
Dno if it's been posted, cbf reading through the thread. Jets was #4 ranked defense in the NFL. 45-3. When Brady is involved, no defence is safe.. You'd be a fool to think bears will smash this game out, pats to win by minimum a TD.

Go ahead bet against Tom Brady!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't care about Bears defense. It still comes down to who do you trust more in a big game? Tom Brady or Jay Cutler? If you have to even think for more than a nanosecond you shouldn't be wagering. All I heard before the Monday night game was "The Vaunted Jets Defense" and "New England defense is vulnerable". What did Brady do? Ripped them to shreads!!! So go ahead and convince yourselves to bet on Bears. In bad weather conditions just throw all the stats out the window. Bet against Brady at your own risk.

Just wondering what the Bears backers think about NE's performance in the snow today? Brady is playing like someone who is on a mission, the last 3 weeks of the season there will obviously be higher lines than you would normally see. But I believe this Team is a wrecking crew, if you believe, bet it early in the week. With or without Rodgers next week, NE will crush GB. Belichick has his foot on the gas and the personnel to keep it going. JMO on this Team.
