Not really, PBVETTE...It's just that Playboy is using one of the oldest handicapping tools known to mankind...The "sucker" bet or "trap" play....which for all intents and purposes, and truth be told, sometimes work and sometimes doesn't...There is no empirical data to back it up one way or the other..My philosophy has always been the only bad bets and/or sucker bets are the ones that you lose!...Listen, I give the upmost props and respect to Playboy for starting out hotter than a fresh ****** fox in a forest fire, but all of us degenerate gamblers on these messageboards have been on a hot streak at one time or another ...Conversely, all of us have been on a losing streak as well.......If players on these forums have to a rely on a newbie making their picks for them and handicapping for them, well then they have no damn business gambling in the first place, IMO.

Actually I think he is picking his spots and making smart wagers without forcing action which what most guys do around here. If that is the oldest tool know to man than more people should be doing it. I personally disagree with you picks except maybe the Steelers but Playboy picked the under did'nt he? Why are you posting your picks here? It's just something that I have never understood all my time on this board is the constent challenging by other posters when someone does well. Not attacking you personally because lot's of people do it. Just don't get why?

oct 1(today) =montreal @ calgary (-3.5)
oct 11 =calgary @ montreal(??)
they will play each other next week two

here is the deal im pretty sure calgary will cover atleast one game out of this 2 game with montreal .
what im gone do is ill bet on calgary -3.5 to night most probberly they will cover tonight .if i win, no more bet next week ,for this teams but if i lose ill double the bet on calgary next week again.

i think a lot of people get aggravated because it's proven that you aren't goin to hit 55% of your plays in the long run by blindly picking teams you think are going to win, and not analyzing line movement and using sharp sites like pinny and matchbook to assist in who to take. at the the end of the day this guy will hit 50% in the long run, and it's a fact. a hot streak is a great thing, i think ive gone as far as both winning and losing 11 in a row, but i know that its mathematically nearly impossible and just pure 'luck. i wasn't picking any different than when i was winning vs. losing
