Most emotional game of my life! My biggest bet to date was $100 (10 Units). I just cleared 1 Unit on the Live Under 35.5, 8 units on the ML, and 12 Units on PIT +3. This was the first time I ever made a big pick based on my own analysis. It was ALOT closer than I expected but wow, +21 Units. I know $210 on a game is probably small to most of you, but it was huge for me.

I would think we could safely say that most all of us have been in this boat at some point, especially early on.

Really considering taking a break from gambling for a bit. I deposited $500, was up to $1300 two weeks ago...down to $600...

I was on way too many plays tonight with the Jets...

Jets ML +185 for $25... Teased Jets +10, under 50.5 pts for $50... Jets +4 for $50... Took a live ML +345 for $25...and also had $50 on the over 9.5 pts 1Q...

Cashed the 1Q bet... but knew there was no way the Jets come back in the 2H by the way they was playing in the 1H...

So I put a 2H play on Patriots TT over 9.5 pts for $200... and it cashed...

I think this is actually the first time I picked my own play and it won... I can't believe it... I just got lucky I guess cause the other play I was looking at was Jets TT over 10.5 pts... Soo glad I did not take that play by the way this 2H is going...

yeah live in-game betting is really dangerous...on Friday i lost $300 (half my roll) on live betting college bowl games. Take a break and clear your head if you need it

I had a similar run... but when I was up, I ended up getting loose with my money and started betting huge... loss all profit and my whole bank role... now I am down in the hole and am trying to get it back slowly... playing $100 to $250 on a game, instead of going in for $1500 to $2000 on a single play...

It hurts knowing that I had so much profit, and I got greedy and blew it all plus more than I intended to play for the season... Taking a break might be a good idea...

Absolutely. My rule of thumb is never have more than 15-20% of your bankroll in play at a given time on all of the wagers you're making. Builds the bankroll slower obviously, but steadier...and it doesn't kill you when you have the occassional down day.
