Oh I should point out that in Week 1 I backed the Esk's in this game I've never heard of before called CFL but since i'm an addicted gambler :P I put the money out there and got burnt and since then I've faded the Esk's and its good times

By rights... I've said it for 3 weeks... If you fade my homer picks of the Eskimos, my +14 Units is +18 units...
But one of these days They WILL win...
Actually... One thing that you SHOULD look hard at... and since this is a forum of like 20 people it will be kept relatively quiet...
Is the Eskimos to WIN the Grey cup at no less than 60, but typically around 80-1...
There is no reason at ALL that ANY team should, in an 8 team league, have a number that high... And for my aussie friends, CLEARLY, this is a longshot, but a VALUE longshot... This is an underachieving (understatement) team that is literally ONE game out of a playoff spot with 11 games left... Unlike ANY other league, say even the NFL, where if you start 1-6, you may as well be 1 MILLION to one, because you're not going to make the Playoffs... Here, IF they can make the playoffs They will have to play the 2 best teams in their Division, Saskatchewan and Calgary... And then HOST the Grey Cup (where you can hedge if by chance they got there)...
what I'm saying is... Sure it's a throw away, but 3 years ago, when the Eskimos Beat Montreal to win the Grey Cup, they did it from third place as well, winning 2 on the road... This years team is full of problems, but NO ONE questions the talent...
The luxury of the CFL is that you really just need to figure it out SOMEWHERE during the season, particularly in this case, in the latter half just 1 game behind Winnipeg, and Tied with BC..
For the truly valued Longshot, I've already put a half unit on it at 80-1... I figure WTF!

Printers threw for 2 TD's and 2 Int's in his first 3 games of the year... and they scored at most 25 vs Edmonton... a game in which BC scored 1 TD...
This team is beaten and bruised.. The line is beaten... The moral is down... Calgary beat them by 5 last time in BC, and so that's what's keeping the line in check, along with Printers Return...
Calgary... is 6-1... off of a Blowout 2 weeks ago, and playing GREAT Defense.. Ranked first in all sorts of categories... ALso of Note, Calgary has beaten the -3 Spread in their last 3 games... Something to consider...

I really have very little to say this is a trap.. If it is, Calgary will just have given it away... But there is absolutely NOTHING to say Calgary isn't going to win this game by 17... All we want, is for them to win by 7...

I have little opinion of the 51 other than to say it could be a 28-13 type game.. I can't se BC scoring a ton, but then, what if they do... IN the CFL this is not the right spot to guess one team will blow out the other, and even when they do, all the "other" needs is a couple of TD's to mess it up... Its the final week of the regular season which has a history for upsets. The teams for the finals are already set and there are only a couple of games left which decide who gets a home final etc. I havn't made any plays this week because theres no clear advantage or the odds are too low.
If you really want to make a play take Sydney over Brisbane tonight at -19.5. Brisbane missing thier captain Jonathan Brown after he won them the game last week.Comment -
