SBR's Mike Spector offers his best bets in his 49ers vs Colts prediction:

    Over 46.5 (-102 DraftKings)
"San Francisco has played some of its best offensive football during a four-game winning streak.

Since Week 11, when quarterback Brock Purdy returned from injury, the 49ers rank fourth in points per game (31.0), second in Total QBR, first in third-down rate, and sixth in Offensive Efficiency.

Indianapolis has averaged 17.8 points per game in that span while producing its four lowest yardage totals of the season. But opposing quarterbacks average more than 23 completions per game against San Francisco, so Rivers should fare better than he did in his NFL return last week."

Christian McCaffrey, RB, 49ers: To score a first-half touchdown (+130 DraftKings)
"Brock Purdy’s return from injury has opened up San Francisco’s running game, as defenses must honor his second-ranked Total QBR since Week 11.

In those four games, San Francisco has rushed for six touchdowns and averaged 117.8 yards per game on the ground. That is the same amount of rushing touchdowns the team had through the first 10 weeks, when it averaged 94.8 rushing yards per game.

Backing McCaffrey to score in the first half is a great way to mitigate his steep anytime touchdown odds that carry as high as a 69.23% implied probability based on a market-high -225 price."

SBR's Phil Wood has locked in his best 49ers vs Colts player prop bets:

George Kittle Over 66.5 receiving yards (-114 DraftKings)
"George Kittle has at least 67 receiving yards in five consecutive games. The Colts are allowing the second-most passing yards per game, and they’re allowing 66.3 yards per game to tight ends, which is the fifth-most in the league.

Kittle also has at least four receptions in all but one game this season, and he’s been targeted at least nine times in three of his last five games."

Philip Rivers Over 157.5 passing yards (-114 FanDuel)
"Philip Rivers threw for just 120 yards last week, averaging 4.4 yards per attempt. But he was also going against a Seahawks defense that is allowing the second-fewest yards per attempt. The 49ers are allowing 227.6 passing yards per game, which ranks 22nd in the league.

Rivers threw 27 passes last week in a game his team led almost the entirety of. I expect more attempts and more yards in a better matchup where his team is expected to be trailing."

Michael Pittman Jr. to score a touchdown (+380 DraftKings)
"Michael Pittman Jr. has scored seven times this season, but he’s only scored once in his last six games. That said, he was tied for the second-most Colts receptions last week (three), and he was targeted five times.

The 49ers have allowed 25 passing touchdowns, which is tied for the sixth-most in the league. Though Pittman didn’t do much last week, he had nearly 20% of passes thrown his way, and the 49ers are a much better matchup than the Seahawks for receivers."

SBR's Brenden Schaeffer has put together a 49ers vs Colts Same Game Parlay:

        49ers -5.5 (-110)
"Though we saw the Philip Rivers-led Colts manage to play the Seahawks down to the wire in Rivers’ first game in five years, I’m trusting the San Francisco coaching staff to use that game film to identify ways to force the Colts away from Rivers’ comfort zone.

I expect Indy to struggle to put points on the board. San Francisco has the NFL’s third-best ATS record on the road this season, going 6-2 ATS in away games."

George Kittle Over 67.5 receiving yards (-113)
"The Indianapolis defense is generous through the air (allowing 247.6 passing yards per game, ranked 30th), and that trend includes the tight end position. Tight ends have logged 928 yards in 14 games against the Colts, fifth-most on a per game basis in the league this season.

George Kittle has produced 67 or more receiving yards in five straight games leading into Monday night. Rick Pearsall has been ruled out, leading other 49ers pass-catchers to pick up the slack. One of our Philip Woods' 49ers vs. Colts player props expects a big game from Kittle, too."

Jauan Jennings anytime TD scorer (+140)
"Jauan Jennings’ +140 anytime TD scorer odds from DraftKings come with a 41.67% implied probability that vastly undersells his recent production.

Jennings has scored a touchdown in five of his past six games, scoring six total touchdowns in that span. The Colts have a strong red zone defense but still permit 1.3 passing touchdowns per game."

SBR's Esten McLaren shares his MNF anytime TD scorer predictions:

Jauan Jennings, WR, 49ers (+145 Caesars)
"Jauan Jennings has led 49ers receivers in snap share in eight straight games. He's scored six touchdowns across his last six games, including two last week. He also leads the team's receivers with six red-zone touchdowns, eight receptions, and 16 targets inside the 20.

The Colts will again be without cornerback Sauce Gardner tonight. Though he likely would've focused on Ricky Pearsall, that absence shifts around the entire defense and leaves Jennings with even more room to operate."

Alec Pierce, WR, Colts (+550 DraftKings)
"Alec Pierce has two touchdowns on the season but was targeted just once in Rivers' debut under center last week, despite playing every offensive snap. He caught it for a 16-yard gain.

I'm going to trust in the playing time more than the usage. Though Rivers averaged just 3.52 air yards per attempt last week, Pierce is leading the NFL for the second straight season in yards per reception. He'll need to do more work after the catch than usual to compensate for Rivers' lack of arm strength, but the 49ers rank in the middle of the league in YAC allowed."

          49ers defense (+800 FanDuel)
"There's not a whole lot to this anytime touchdown scorer prediction other than Old Man Rivers completed just 66.7% of his passes for only 120 yards last week. He threw an interception and fumbled.

Though the San Francisco defense isn't as formidable as we've been accustomed to in recent years, ranking near or at the bottom of the league in interceptions (5), sacks (16), pressure percentage (15.5%), and blitz percentage (17.9%), they need only to be opportunistic in this matchup and let Rivers make his own mistakes."

49ers vs. Colts anytime touchdown scorer parlay
          Total odds: +9568
"I'm making my 49ers vs. Colts anytime touchdown scorer SGP at FanDuel, as the sportsbook offers the best odds for the 49ers defense to score. A winning $10 bet would pay a profit of $956.87 ahead of the holiday.

DraftKings offers team defense and special teams (punt or kickoff return) as a combination, while this bet at FanDuel needs a defender to score on a pick-6 or fumble return."
