SBR's Mike Spector offers his best bets in his 49ers vs Colts prediction:

    Over 46.5 (-102 DraftKings)
"San Francisco has played some of its best offensive football during a four-game winning streak.

Since Week 11, when quarterback Brock Purdy returned from injury, the 49ers rank fourth in points per game (31.0), second in Total QBR, first in third-down rate, and sixth in Offensive Efficiency.

Indianapolis has averaged 17.8 points per game in that span while producing its four lowest yardage totals of the season. But opposing quarterbacks average more than 23 completions per game against San Francisco, so Rivers should fare better than he did in his NFL return last week."

Christian McCaffrey, RB, 49ers: To score a first-half touchdown (+130 DraftKings)
"Brock Purdy’s return from injury has opened up San Francisco’s running game, as defenses must honor his second-ranked Total QBR since Week 11.

In those four games, San Francisco has rushed for six touchdowns and averaged 117.8 yards per game on the ground. That is the same amount of rushing touchdowns the team had through the first 10 weeks, when it averaged 94.8 rushing yards per game.

Backing McCaffrey to score in the first half is a great way to mitigate his steep anytime touchdown odds that carry as high as a 69.23% implied probability based on a market-high -225 price."

SBR's Phil Wood has locked in his best 49ers vs Colts player prop bets:

George Kittle Over 66.5 receiving yards (-114 DraftKings)
"George Kittle has at least 67 receiving yards in five consecutive games. The Colts are allowing the second-most passing yards per game, and they’re allowing 66.3 yards per game to tight ends, which is the fifth-most in the league.

Kittle also has at least four receptions in all but one game this season, and he’s been targeted at least nine times in three of his last five games."

Philip Rivers Over 157.5 passing yards (-114 FanDuel)
"Philip Rivers threw for just 120 yards last week, averaging 4.4 yards per attempt. But he was also going against a Seahawks defense that is allowing the second-fewest yards per attempt. The 49ers are allowing 227.6 passing yards per game, which ranks 22nd in the league.

Rivers threw 27 passes last week in a game his team led almost the entirety of. I expect more attempts and more yards in a better matchup where his team is expected to be trailing."

Michael Pittman Jr. to score a touchdown (+380 DraftKings)
"Michael Pittman Jr. has scored seven times this season, but he’s only scored once in his last six games. That said, he was tied for the second-most Colts receptions last week (three), and he was targeted five times.

The 49ers have allowed 25 passing touchdowns, which is tied for the sixth-most in the league. Though Pittman didn’t do much last week, he had nearly 20% of passes thrown his way, and the 49ers are a much better matchup than the Seahawks for receivers."
