Overlooked? Maybe they should be. Jets have the perfect scheme to beat Indy.

Sometimes stats are misleading! The Jets ran for a ton of yards in Week 16 after the Colts pulled their starters....Bills ran wild vs the scrubs too...and Miami went nuts early in the season off the wildcat formation!
On the flip side...Ray Rice got shut down...not once but twice! Colts held Chris "2K" Johnson to 130 yards total in 2 games w/no TDs! Trust me...I've followed the Colts since they got here in 84....this rush defense is pretty strong & they've got their D-line rotation down!

Colts should roll, but the jets will play a good game. I think the colts cover, but closer than last week

if the Jets can pressure Peyton into making a mistake or two and then capitalize, they have a legit shot. They must also play error free football including clock management. ravens blew it before the half last week giving Peyton the xtra position to make it a doulble digit game at the half

The talk prior to the Baltimore game was "Ray Rice". Indy handled that pretty well. Flacco & Sanchez are pretty equal I think.

Many Many Most all NFL games are decided by turnovers. It's hard to handicap that. Peyton Manning threw a couple INT's last Saturday, but one was negated. We'll assume he won't do that in back2back games.

Looking forward to the match-ups Sunday.

                  Season is almost done.

                  That is depressing.

under is probably the best play on the jets/colts game. colts aren't a power house offense; and their go to play is up against a passing defense that is incredible. Only way is if the O-line gives peyton enough time to throw the ball deep. Also, I think it might be smart to move wayne into the slot position to get revis not as effective.

I'm watching the replay on NFL Network right now. Both teams are playing all out. Nobody gave anyone anything. The Chargers came to play, they were beaten by a better team.

The Jets are playing their best football right now. But their defense was quietly doing it all season. It has just taken a bit of seasoning for Sanchez to get up to NFL speed. But Sanchez is no rookie any longer. No mistakes from this kid, impressive.

Whomever wins the games Sunday deserves to win. No question about that. I like discussing the matchups and sharing opinions on the board, but I am ok with any teams winning. I am first a football fan no matter what. I like All football no matter who is playing from youth league to the NFL.

Matter of fact, even as a Colt fan, I am happy if they lose as well. A win/win situation.

Check out the Sanchez TD pass on 3rd & goal to take the lead 10-7. This kid's got some poise.

Kaeding certainly didn't come to play. If he would've made 2 of those 3 FGs, like he was doing all season long being the accurate kicker that he is, then the bolts would have won that game as expected. This is one example, right there, of the Chargers beating themselves rather then the Jets beating them. And the stupid personal-foul penalties is yet another example of why the Chargers did not play to their potential. This Chargers team that showed up on Sunday was not the Chargers team that I saw on their streak.

This is not to take anything away from the amazing defensive performance of the Jets, but it is clear to us who have been watching the Chargers this season that Sunday's team looked more like the 2-3 team that started the season than the 11-0 team that ended the season.

The Kaeding thing was covered in the other thread. One was a 57 yarder before halftime, ignore that. The first miss was just one of those things. The second one was in "the bad end" of the field, the coach said. Besides, the Jets forced two misses from Cincy also.

The penalties baffle me. I have no explanation for that.

Colts TD to Garcon was not a catch

Go to NFL.com to watch the replay of the Manning to Pierre Garcon and you will see as clear as day that this catch was not a Touchdown his left foot landed on his right lower calf and then swung back around to his left landing clearly out of bounds of the end-zone My question is why the fukk wasn't this challenged

just as the ball hit his hands and he gripped it, his left foot dragged on the toes and his right foot landed flush inbounds. then, the after his left toes touched, his left foot came back in the air and then hit his calf, then landed out of bounds.

                                          TOUCHDOWN. clearly.
