With the wideouts he has had in Zona and Stlouie, I could QB.
He showed just how good he was with the Giants.

In football if you are the best at your position on a team you will start. Period.
He could not beat out Trent Green.

He lost two Superbowls and won one on a miracle tackle by his linebacker. He can't be top ten. Where do you put Montana, Elway, Brady, et al?

I like how he stands in there like he is still a stud. I dont know about top 10 maybe. If he could win a couple in here then I'd change my lean to probably.

He also lost 2 of the toughest losses in SB history. He has been involved in 3 of the top 5 or 6 superbowl games of all time. Today he didnt even have Boldin and still pumped that so called great defense. JJ dont worry you are right the guy is sick. He is a legend. One of the top 10 for sure. If Zona played any defense last year they would ahve own the bowl. I love this guy

Agreed, he has got to be the most accurate passer there is. Receivers run and finish their routes b/c they know Warner will get them the ball. Give him just a little time and he'll tear anyone apart.

Great post, put 90% of any other qb on Zona and they go 8-8 at best. QB is hardest position in the world, they guy is the most accurate passer of all times. Many guys have no clue what they are talking about, great great pressure player. He should of won all 3 Superbowl, beat on flukes.
He has the top 3 passing games of all times in the superbowl.
Rest my case

Kurt Warner doesn't play defensive back too. His team's defenses cost him those 2 Superbowls losses. If it was all his receivers, then Matt Leinhardt would be worth a shit.

Seer makes a good point. Leinart had a few starts with these same receivers in Arizona and what the hell did he do? I could think of 5 that are top 5 QBs period (Marino, Brady, Montana, Manning, Baugh). Warner has a shot at Top 10 and is DEFINITELY in the top 15. 3 Super Bowl appearances alone earn that spot and the refs won the SB last year, Warner didn't lose it.

The top 10 in the NFL is tough. Who do you knock out a Troy Aikman, Dan Fouts or a Jim Kelly? Probably not. As far as the Hall goes, yea he deserves that.

Do not count that 14 point favorite thing against Warner.
NE cheated, beyond what was publicized.
NFL hushed it up very well.
Belicheat had all the Rams "O" plays on tape, and the "D" hand signals as well.
Some well known Rams offensive players were quoted on radio (BEFORE the scandal) that they were in shock NE defenders were yelling out the Rams plays with the proper nomenclature (Red Omaha Z-23, whatever) when the Rams got into formation. They changed some of it late in the game, thus they made a late comeback.
IMO, Warner is definitely a Top 10 of All Time.

I would say borderline top ten ever...definite HOF'er! Football is such a team game though that lists like this are pretty much a waste of time
Troy Aikman - 3 SBs but he played with probably the greatest O-line in NFL history! He never needed to throw for much because they could always steamroll everyone w/Emmitt Smith! TA wouldn't be in my top 15?
Dan Fouts - Zero SBs on the winning or losing side. Still better than Jim Plunkett who has 2 but not Warner!
Jim Kelly - AFC was the minor leagues for most of his career? NFC won every SB (almost all blowouts) from 1984-1996! Top 15 maybe but not better than Warner
